They did their usual bait and switch. Offer a discount/promo, and then when time to check out, those items disappear after payment made. Spoke with customer service and was told I might have not met requirements. I spent more than was required and still had time left. Their response was to send me links to cancel my order..which would have been great, IF they worked. So I ended up buying stuff for a promo that I never got. Then they text saying I can buy those items in a new order.

The app is generally fine and works great with items cheaper than amazon. However their "promotions" are very dishonest, especially farmland. Their games seem like they're going to give you free items but after 847.38 spent, I'm not even a fraction close to getting 4 $4 items for free as advertised. I have been at 99% for weeks, no matter what I spend the amount just gets less and less and the value gets less and less. They never give you the full discounts either be very dissapointing.

The "free" items aren't free at all. They make you jump through insane hoops to get cheap alibaba items. Some of the items they sell are reasonable quality for a decent price but most of it is garbage or local sellers charging the same price they would on any other platform. They are incredibly aggressive about advertising. Not worth your time.
