Worst banking experience ever. Their online banking has nothing to do with user experience - nothing works from the first trial, nothing is intuitive, too many clicks, too many steps. If you go to their physical branches, well...no big help either, they send u online or call numbers. Useless!!! Never have I felt so frustrated using a service that makes me leave angry reviews everywhere.

Thank you for your feedback and please excuse the inconvenience. We recently reduced the number of clicks needed. You are now able to directly access the functions "Account transfer" and "Payment to card" via the right-side menu. If you like our changes, we would of course be very happy about additional stars. edit, 2y later: still slow. Needs card reader (with empty batteries after 2y) to edit reference number of standing order, but the app doesn't show the red dots so I don't know which numbers to out in. Tried the same on the website, and suddenly I don't need the card reader. Very inconsistent security??? Slow login (27 sec. Vs 7 for other banks; why a different authentication app...), slow responsiveness. Weird ui (menu on right) with outdated icons. Every change of view takes 2 seconds to load.

Using this app is a constant pain. the experience of opening it, go through the Access app, then back again to the main app takes rougly 2mins with staggering black screens in between. I use the scan&pay functionality a ton and in the past 2 months the process has worsened, making the app to reboot once the scan process completes. overall doing any action with the app takes me 6 minutes, which is not immediate at all. my phone may be also to blame, but it gets problems only with this one.
