Horrendous! Stops working all the time, especially on mobile devices, for absolutely no apparent reason. Then decides to work again. Our interet is perfect with massive speed, multiple security installers have been called out to verify the problem, this app is always the reason.. We may aswell have spent the 10k on a holiday and left the house unlocked with windows open, instead of the 10k on our camera installation that was connected to this useless app!

The app is slow. It's constantly showing that the device is offline. Most of the time it doesn't playback properly. It's frustrating that the app is not reliable.

how many mobiles can we install this app and use? when the number og mobiles count is more than 6 or 7, it is not working on 8th mobile, can be used on more than 7 mobiles ?
