Authentication worked well, and the UI is adjustable and quite similar to Google Authenticator. However, here's the catch: logging back in after a reinstallation is a nightmare! When I tried to log in using my phone number—the only available option—I was required to complete 2FA via a push notification on a second device. The problem, you may ask? I don’t have a second device! There was no option to use SMS or email. Now WHAT Twillio!?!

New UI is meh. I really hate the size of the text and would like it to be customizable; I'd like to be able to shrink the text size a bit, a lot of my accounts get cut off because they don't fit and if I have multiple accounts under one company (like I do for Microsoft for work), I can no longer quickly distinguish which token is for which account. Also, dragging to reorganize accounts when on the grid view makes NO sense. ALL accounts should shift (like in list view), not swap places.

The app has been very reliable and useful, in particular it's ability to be used on multiple devices including a PC. Then Twillio decided it was a good idea to mess it all up with a UI "update". Not just a subtle change here and there, no, the entire thing was rebuilt from the ground up. It's a horrendous UX now, and a good example of "don't try to fix something that isn't broken". Thankfully a certain password manager now supports keeping MFA, so off I go. Thanks for all the fish!
