Logging into our app is always done through DigiD to ensure you have easy and safe access to your personal data. View the app in Dutch or in English.

Quickly see:
- How you are insured with us and those (co-) insured with you.
- Your reimbursements.
- Submitted and reimbursed health care costs.
- How much excess you still have (left).

Easily arrange yourself:
- Your claims. Take a photo and submit it. Reimbursed the next working day.
- Find answers to your reimbursement questions. Chat with our chatbot or customer service agents.
- Your transport authorisation.

I'm giving a two start rating due to one major problem only. It's been a few months since I can no longer log in using the mobile app. After authenticating on DigiD, which then redirects me back to the ZilverenKruis app, it keeps trying to log in but never succeeds, the page shows a button that's loading and that's the end. I've tried waiting for 15 minutes, but still doesn't log in.I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and I get the same problem.I couldn't find technical help online

Very unintuitive. App loses internet connection when switching to another app on the phone and back. Been trying to add my account data to receive a reimbursement for 15 minutes, can't find where. Found it on the website but get an "onbekende fout" :') Chatbot is not really a chatbot, just a bunch of buttons in a chat. At least there's an English translation.

What on earth has happened to this app?? It used to be simple and straight forward. Now its totally useless. Every time I try to attach a PDF file it shuts down. I have re-installed the app 3 times but still its the same. I finally had to take a picture of my invoice and attach that instead. Come on guys, get it sorted out!!!
