Great game, but the customer service for the app is non-existent. I had an issue with the game since Dec 17, and as of today, Jan 24th, it still has not been responded to. The game has a lot of pop-ups for in-app sales. It is fun, but the energy runs out fast within min or opening and getting rid of all the pop-ups I purchased in-game energy, but when I upgraded my phone due to catastrophic failure on my old device, I had to start the game over even though I had synced my game with my email.

It's fun and cute but hard to enjoy. Just like any other game that uses energy to complete tasks, this one does a poor job of finding a good balance. You can spend all of your energy and be out of things to do within a minute or two of opening the game. You also get bombarded with a ton of packs and things to buy as soon as you open the app, and those stay on the screen the entire gameplay so it looks very cluttered.

Good time killer. Clear goals. So far (L15) not too difficult to level up but still somewhat challenging. You can choose to earn extra items/coins, etc. by watching ADs pretty often. 4/5 bc sometimes, items I've earned w/ Ads disappear (~3x so far) & it's easy to accidentally merge things before you want. EX: 3 lower gives you 1 higher item but 5 lower gives 2 higher items. When zooming the screen it can pick up items & cause a merge of 3 when I was working towards 5 & I can't undo it on mobile
