Placed 2 orders. Very fast shipping! Items ordered showed up in perfect condition. The images on the app are clearly touched and fixed to make the item look more appealing, but I was satisfied overall. But I will never order again and delete the app. Way too much spam! 5-8 a day via app, text, and email! Sorry, but as a customer, I don't want to be harassed! Take care.

Temu is a great place to shop on a budget. returns are usually easy, although occasionally someone reports they return something but were denied a refund. The website and app are easy to navigate. I've had no problem receiving orders, usually on time, and get a $5 credit for late deliveries. The games are a trap lol. the biggest complaint I have is that sellers are allowed to deceive people by listing things inaccurately, even small metal signs metal sign of a couch or table? this needs to stop.

Worst app of my life. While it's great you get items for cheaper, the shipping/delivery process takes forever. Especially when it's a few simple items. It doesn't make it any better that they constantly offer "free" items to make up for a late delivery, that I would most likely still have to pay for. Either give me actual free stuff to compensate or just give me ALL of my money back. Plain and simple. Worst app.
