It is fine, but a huge downfall is that there is no filter for avoiding "out of stock" options. It seems unintuitive that you can filter for size, but it will show items that have that size sold out. I have opened the app intending to purchase items, and opened ten separate items where my size is not available in any colour. I ended up closing the app and uninstalling the app without making a purchase because it felt pointless to keep checking if I even could.

I dislike the return process. The clothing is fine, but a lot of the specialized articles of clothing that advertise special features like ruching, criss cross waist, etc. are not well made. The ruching on yoga pants too high up. The articles with tummy control aren't thick enough to provide compression support, and the waist band rolls down. I feel like I didn't get what I expected for the price 💲💲.

I canceled my previous order, because I realized I received a 20% Birthday Coupon. However, the overall cost increased when I used it. I also had received a 5% Discount Coupon. When I applied 5% discount the cost was lower. There was no explanation under Coupons section eather, so I had to reach out to customer service to learn that it is how it is. Online shopping is supposed to be easy and coupons must be clearly communicated. I lost so much time&energy and I am very unhappy with HALARA
