I only use this app to watch Classic Doctor Who episodes that I can't get anywhere else (like the reconstructions of lost episodes). Sometimes it works great. Sometimes I get unending ads that for some reason make it so I can't watch a video after they play. It's just weirdly stuck and very frustrating when I only have five minutes of the last episode of a series left!

It worked for awhile. But now the only thing it knows how to do properly is play ads. Literally the only thing that will play reliably on ANY channel is ads. Said ads will play and then freeze on a black screen. It doesn't matter if you switch channels, the same thing will happen. Dailymotion is getting advertising dollars and its users are getting the shaft. Do not waste your time.

It could potentially be the best app out there for users who want to watch videos. And people complaining about the ads well get over it it's a free app. My thing with the ads is that a lot of the time, an ad will come up, and after it's finished, it stays. There's no way to click off the ad it doesn't just go away. If I back out of the video, I have to rewatch or fast forward the video, and sometimes it happens again, and that's the frustrating thing. Fix that, and you'll have the best app ever
