It used to be a great app. Seems the company is not investing any money on this app. Tried to top up my credit and it becomes a horror film. Not being able to pay with credit card nor with ideal. Seems that I need to find an alternative for my long distance phone calls. Pitty Yes I contacted your support team. the problem is my bank was their answer. How extrange that 3 different payment methods are not working just for your company.

I tried using this app while working from Istanbul for a couple of months while my business is based in Montreal, it was a total disaster. My clients couldn't hear me at all, and from my end, their voice kept breaking. It sounded completely unprofessional. In the end, i abandonned the whole app and the 6$ credit i paid in call credits and activated my roaming which was incredibly more costly, but allowed me to keep my client's trust. Not recommended!

I read the bed reviews, but I really needed to make an international call and took my chances. Unfortunately, the call quality was terrible; the person on the other line could not hear me, and I could not hear them. Also, I bought 22 international calling minutes but used far fewer, and the last call dropped instantly, saying that I had finished my minutes. It's definitely not worth your time or money.
