I've been using this app for about 6 months. Two months after using it, it crashed somehow, after contacting the developer, it got fixed. Now I deleted the app restarted it, and all my awards for being in a relaxed state have disappeared. The watch is working properly it appears to be the app is the problem. Nobody seems to care about fixing the problems in a timely fashion. I would advise anyone to look into this app before installing "caution."

Update 12/13/24 - back to 5 stars! I stopped using the watch for awhile because of the issues below. Recently put it back on and am VERY happy with the updates, especially the huge update to the sleep tracker. Update 08/19/24 - no longer impressed with app or watch. A few days ago it stopped accurately tracking steps, skipping tracking multiple nights sleep and yesterday had to un-pair then re-pair the watch to get the app to update. Hopefully theres an update asap.

Got the watch for Christmas can't even set up the app I start to put in my email and it goes white and then kicks me out of the app every time I try to go back in the app it kicks me back out. I have looked up to make sure that my phone is compatible I have shut my phone off and turn it back on. I have made sure everything is connected and the way it should be and I've tried to downloading the app and loading it back up nothing works
