Lost all my Facebook progress. Unable to submit support tickets as it says unavailable, and no communication. The chat bot is unhelpful and now all my progress is gone and I can't get any help from it. I have literally found my old account through a new throwaway guest account but can't login to it. I've lost years of progress, I've spent money on this game and it's abysmal. Terrible support. Really disappointed.

Spent money on a pack was enjoying the game. All of a sudden, the game resets to level 1 (from 12). I've reached out to customer service multiple times since Nov 21st, and no one has responded to me at all, no one has restored my account where I spent money on a pack or helped me at all. Worst customer service, there is no point in playing a game, investing your time/money when you can lose it all overnight, and then get zero help restoring it.

If you don't fix this I'm going to sue you. 1. every time I try to log in, it says: error: HTTP error. Could not download. 2. Even if it does work, it's insanely laggy over any network even if I have full internet connection. 3. It tries to get me to buy their oh, so special offers that are completely rigged.
