About this app

Do you want to start with mindfulness or further deepen your mindfulness training? Then get started with this free mindfulness app. This has been the mindfulness app in the Netherlands for 10 years. Choose from more than 100 listening exercises in Dutch.

Or follow a program, such as:

All types of mindfulness exercises
The exercises range from meditation to (children's) yoga. What do you think of Children's Yoga with the Wonder House? Or Yoga nidra after which you feel completely relaxed.

Choose a voice and duration
Choose a voice (male or female) and follow the exercise wherever and whenever you want. There is always an exercise that fits into your day. From a few minutes to more than half an hour. Filter by part of the day, for example. For example, the body scan is very popular when sleeping.

Written and compiled by experts
Our in-house writer is mindfulness trainer Annegreetje Wolfs. She has written most of the exercises and is still writing new ones. We also ask for advice from a psychologist when putting together certain programs, such as the From fear to direction program.

This app is for everyone
You do not have to be insured with VGZ. The app is for anyone who wants to live more in the moment, concentrate better, be more relaxed and feel less stress. You can achieve it with mindfulness training.

It helped me a lot in a difficult time. I like that there is no music in the background and that there are long pauses. so no chattering the whole time but instructions and then time to focus. I didn't do all of them. many are very short. I haven't done those.

Great app. Lots of exercises. No adds. Already did an 8 week mindfulness course. With this free app I'm able to continue what I started.

In deze release hebben we een aantal onderdelen aangepast:
• De oefening die je afspeelt, staat altijd onderin beeld.
• Wijzig de volgorde van oefeningen in jouw lijstjes.
• Krijg tips voor een volgende oefening.
• Zet ‘Hoe voel jij je vandaag’ aan of uit, wat jij wil!
• Je kan via het VGZ-logo bovenin altijd terug naar Start.
