WhatsApp Business has been a great help for me as a user. Its features like quick replies and automated messages make it easy to stay connected with customers, even during busy times. I especially like the catalog feature, which allows me to showcase products professionally. However, I wish it had better analytics to track customer engagement and support for multiple devices simultaneously. Overall, it’s an excellent app for anyone looking to manage their business communication effectively!

Your new texttbox update is thrash. The way it freezes and always make me start texting all over again tires me. For instance, I just wrote something I'm about to post in a group, I decided to add image. I then remembered something and decided to add more texts but I couldn't, the new textbox layout in front of the image gallery just froze. So I decided to exit the gallery and continued texting on the previous textbox, but I lost all my texts.

This app is good it is safe to use and send message to people whom we are connected to. Documents and pictures are provided easily to post and receive information from the app. I recommend that this app is very helpful to those who may use it. But needs more improvements on its version and other useful info that makes the watchup more updated version..it is also very important for the app to restore data to transfer to another social platform to receive clearly on its end path without hindrance
