Constantly wrong, and non intuitive. A shame you moved all your services to this Frankenstein of an app! And don't trust the apps schedules, because they are all wrong. They say the app is the place to check times. Maybe keep your own schedule first. And the realtime following of your ride, is just a fake function.

Update. The app displays the wrong times. It does not correspond to the actual time of the tram, not the app on another phone at the same time, and not the time table in the stops. I've missed so many trams. I've missed trams two new year eves in a row with kids waiting in the cold. No fun.....

Hi Jonas! Sorry to hear! Our payment service provider has had a problem with a few cards but the issue has been resolved this week, and therefore we recommend you to try adding your card again. Regarding the problem with BankID, try to reinstall the app and turn off any power saving modes. If that doesn't help, please contact our customer service!
