The official MSC for Me app works alongside other digital channels onboard to ensure you have the information you need at your fingertips. Plus, the app is free and even on board you will not need to purchase any internet package in order to use it.

Available for guests travelling on all ships except for MSC Lirica, MSC Sinfonia and MSC Orchestra.Coming soon on MSC World America.

Clunky on board, continuously forgets to stay connected to the WiFi transceivers and even when connected often comes up with the error message. When it works it's not bad overall but the decision to prevent under 18s from issuing it, especially for the really important messaging function effectively puts safeguarding behind a very expensive paywall.

A little buggy sometimes, and there's a serious issue with the passport information input field. It's a scroll-select field in the form DD-MM-YYYY. If you set the expiry day to the 31st, then you scroll past any month not containing a 31st, then the app resets the selected day of month to 30th. (Or 28th if you have to scroll past February.) I thought I had put in my details correctly, only to double check by chance and find they were wrong and noticing this issue. Developers - please fix.

Recently we were on a cruise with 9 other people. The chat feature was not working correctly for all of us. We all had different phones hence it's difficult to say it was an individual issue or an OS problem. The app notification would indicate that there were unread messages, but within the app, the messages would not always show up. Some of the messages would be delayed after sending, and some of us would not see the message till hours later. The chat feature needs an update.
