I love everything about this app, except the store pickup option. I don't know why, but when I went to do a pickup it said I can get it same day, then after I ordered, it changed it to ship to store instead and my "same day" pickup suddenly goes to about a week and a half of waiting. Not a big deal breaker, but frustrating none the less.

Unable to update my password on the app it takes me to a 'bad request' page. So I gave to reset with a temporary password every time I want to log back in. Also it gives me a bad request when I tried to do an exchange rather than a refund (online). Also unable to sort/filter items it just goes haywire. Overall I would say it's flawed.

The app is easy to navigate, makes ordering from Hollister a breeze and is valuable for in store shopping as well. The best part is the points you can rack up on when you join their loyalty program. Great app!!
